Grade School Program - (Kindergarten and first grade curriculum) This classroom is located at our West Campus for children who turn 5 years old on or before October 1, 2024 and is available for OPEN ENROLLMENT for the 2024/2025 school year! This program requires 5 day/week attendance with two enrollment options: 1) academic portion of the day from 8:30am-3:30pm; or 2) extended day with before/after school care which allows families to utilize all of our hours from 7:00am-5:30pm. If your family is not already on our waitlist, and would like to discuss our enrollment process, please message us. ***************************** Toddler Classrooms - (ages 12m-2.5y) We are at full enrollment with a lengthy wait list for this program at both campuses. At this time, we won't be able to accommodate new enrollments until they are old enough to be considered age-eligible for our preschool program (2.5y-5y). ***************************** Infant Care (ages newborn-12m) is only available at our West Location and typically has the longest wait list. To the best of our ability, our wait list is honored in a chronological order. Our best recommendation is to request and return a completed Wait List Application, so we can find the earliest age appropriate spot for your family to join us.

At this time, we're only able to offer tours for families after we can gurantee them an enrollment spot. Upon completion of their tour, we'll then request an answer and finanical commitmment within a week's time. Infant: We only offer a full time option in our infant room as we abide by strict teacher to student ratios and also practice safe sleep guidelines with one child per crib. The full time rate will reserve your child a spot to attend on all five days of the week but we don’t require they must attend all five days. Toddler: Both! We offer 2, 3 or 5 days/week. Tuition includes two snacks and lunch daily with the option to add breakfast. Preschool: Both! We offer 2, 3 or 5 full days/week. Our Toddler, Preschool and Elementary classrooms follow a daily schedule that consists of Montessori work time, circle time, meals, rest time, and outdoor play or indoor physical exercise...depending on the weather. Each teacher will customize their curriculum by introducing monthly or weekly themes of their choice.

We strive to provide nutritionally balanced meals and snacks. We buy fresh produce along with organic or all-natural meats, dairy and snack items. Our main lunch entrée is always accompanied by a serving of fruit and vegetables. Our monthly tuition rate includes two snacks and lunch prepared daily by our staff in-house. Breakfast is an optional meal plan that you can add to your monthly tuition for $25/child/month which is served between 7:00am-8:30am daily. You can also look ahead at our monthly lunch and breakfast/snack menus to see what your child will be served that day.

We do not follow public school holiday or weather closings. We will inform all parents the night prior, or early the day of, via email or Facebook if we decide that the weather is placing staff, parents and children's safety at risk. We also know that parents often times must work regardless of the weather, so we try to avoid closing and will instead decide to open later in the morning (i.e. open at 9:00am instead of 7:00am). Our annual Holiday closures are: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Spring Break Friday, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (also the day before and after), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the day after Christmas. Additional closures will be notified by the director and staff at Wildflower within each calendar year.

We require all of our students be up-to-date on their immunizations. We’ll ask for a copy of immunization records from your pediatrician’s office before their first day of school with us.
